All domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
When experiencing a high volume of orders during festivals and wedding season shipments may be delayed by a few days. During delays, we hope that you cooperate with us and grant additional days for transit.
In case of significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
For special and urgent delivery the customers can contact our customer services via mail or phone and we will make sure that your product reaches in the specified time frame.

*Shipping rates will be displayed on the shipping profile for domestic and international shipments.

*Overnight orders are subject to the proximity of the destination.

The delivery time and shipment fee vary on daily basis as per demand&supply and your location. Rates will be available on our shipping profile.


If the desired product or the desired condition of the product ordered is not received then you can return it within 15 days.
If the package delivered is damaged or tempered then refuse to accept it and contact our customer service.
We shall immediately re-deliver your product at the earliest possible time.
Some products are not subject to return and the same will be mentioned in the product profile.

Cancellation of order and change in address is only available before the product is not shipped. Unfortunately, cancellation is not available once the order is shipped.


After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier we will provide you with a real-time track and trace code using which you can follow the destination of your package. A confirmation mail or text is sent when your order is despatched and received.
